We are thrilled to announce that Joseph Figliomeni has joined our litigation team at Cambridge LLP.

Joseph Figliomeni

Joseph is a lawyer in the Estates Group at Cambridge LLP. He is a tenacious litigation lawyer with expertise in estate, commercial, construction, and employment law matters. He often acts for clients who are beneficiaries, trustees, fiduciaries appointed as power of attorney, and shareholders and directors of closely held business corporations. Joseph is proficient at managing high-stakes litigation and has extensive training and experience appearing before all levels of Court across Ontario.

Joseph is a graduate (with Distinction) and former full-time faculty member of the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. In 2018, Joseph was elected to the Council of the Ontario Bar Association (Central West Region). He continues to provide meaningful contributions to various student development initiatives including the University of Toronto’s Upper Year Moot and Masters in Forensic Accounting programs.
