Joseph is a partner in the Estates Litigation and Business Litigation Groups at Cambridge LLP.Joe has devoted a majority of his
practice to the areas of trust, estate, and capacity litigation. He often acts for clients who are beneficiaries, trustees, or fiduciaries appointed as power of attorney. In addition to representing individuals, he regularly counsels trust companies.
