Tim Phelan is an associate in the firm’s Estate Litigation, Business Litigation and Constitutional Advocacy Groups. After obtaining a BA (Political Studies/History) from Queen’s University in 2017, Tim attended the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law where he graduated cum laude with a focus in public law in
2020.
Joseph is a partner in the Estates Litigation and Business Litigation Groups at Cambridge LLP. Joe has devoted a majority of his practice to the areas of trust, estate, and capacity litigation. He often acts for clients who are beneficiaries, trustees, or fiduciaries appointed as power of
attorney.
