Nev’s legal journey began with a strong foundation in litigation following his call to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2015. He joined a leading Hamilton law firm, and since then, has expanded his expertise to include estate and succession planning, building a diverse practice close to nearly a
decade.
Tracey is senior counsel with the Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation groups at Cambridge. Her practice areas include wills, trusts and estate planning, estate litigation, consent and capacity
law, not-for-profit and charity law.
Lauren Peacock is a lawyer in the Estate Litigation and Estate Planning and Administration Groups at Cambridge LLP. She has broad experience helping clients with difficult estate litigation challenges and this experience
complements her work in estate planning.
