Tracey is senior counsel in Cambridge’s Estate Planning, Administration, and Litigation groups, focusing on wills, trusts, estate disputes, and capacity law. She holds degrees from McMaster, the University of Toronto, and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall. Called to the Bar in 2004, she previously practiced at a Bay Street firm.

Associate Lawyer

Tim Phelan is an associate in the Litigation, Estates, and Constitutional Advocacy Groups, based in the Elliot Lake office. He handles estate litigation, commercial disputes, and municipal law, and has appeared before Ontario’s Superior, Divisional, and Appeal Courts. He holds a BA from Queen’s and a law degree from Ottawa.
